My First 5k

I can finally cross off "run a 5k" from my resolution list.  Tony and I ran in the Mannathon this morning and it was a perfect day!  We had a great time and can't wait to do it again.  And the best part is that $25,000 was raised for Manna Ministries.

My results:  9:36 pace, 5th in my age group, total time 29:45

Tony's results:  8:10 pace, 6th in his age group, total time 25:19
