Yesterday evening, I loaded up the kids and headed to Salem to meet Kelly and Emily and their kiddos for a quick Taco Bell dinner before going to the soccer game with Kelly. I know it doesn't sound like a good dinner date (we like the Fresco menu!) but it was HEAVEN. All 5 children were very well behaved (I think we may have had three imaginary supermom capes flapping in the wind...the kids were THAT GOOD. Oh, if we could only be so lucky every time we get together.) We three girls got to just chat and vent and laugh together. I can't wait to do it again next week. My mood and spirit were immediately uplifted!
Can we make this a weekly date, ladies?
