At 9 months:
-He is crawling. It is sort of the army crawl that Riley did, but he uses more of his knees.
-He drinks from a sippy cup. I haven't tried putting his formula in it yet, but he drinks water and juice.
-He is just starting to eat a little bit of finger foods - banana and puffs so far.
-Takes two bottles per day.
-Loves his routine and loves to sleep.
-Takes two, 2-hour naps (9-11 and 2-4).
-Sleeps 12-13 hours. (Bed at 7pm, gets up at 7 or 8 am).
-Loves to be held. He is much more spoiled than Riley ever was! Although, he has about 50% less pictures than I have of her. Poor kid.
-Loves to "talk" and laugh with his sister. She can make him laugh like no other.
-Misses his best buddy, Maize. He loved to sit next to Maize and grab his ears!
-Works hard for stuff he wants. If the child wants a toy or something, he does not give up!
-Has 5 teeth.
-Tries to pull up, but hasn't made it yet.
-Loves his mommy more than anyone else!!
-Says mama, dada, byebye, loves to squeal, and say random consonant sounds.
9 month checkup stats:
21.5 lbs (74th percentile)
30 inches (93rd percentile)
